Please note:

• All convention hotels are sold out on the night of 6/25.
• The housing bureau still has a few rooms left with departure date of 6/25. You may reserve one of these and move to another hotel for the balance of your stay.
• You may fax your form to the housing bureau with the comment, "you want to wait for cancellations". The deadline for cancellations is June 4.
• You may reserve your entire stay at a hotel outside of the convention block. To further assist you in seeking accommodations outside of the block, there are a few rooms at the Holiday Inn Express Fillmore (within walking distance of the convention center) 602-452-2020 and several at the Wingate Inn, North Central, (about two miles from downtown - please note that the societies do not provide transportation) 602-716-9900. You may also visit www.visitphoenix.com for a Phoenix hotel listing. For the housing bureau’s records, when making your reservation, please state you are with the company ADSA-ASAS.
