Instructions For Submitting PowerPoint Files

All presentations will need to be compatible with PowerPoint 2003. To ensure proper display onsite, use these instructions. These instructions refer to the Office 2003 or PowerPoint 2003 version.  If you have a different version of PowerPoint, these instructions may not reflect exactly what you see.

Presenation Upload Deadlines

To conserve server resources and to assist in presenter coordination, deadline for presentations to have final presentations submitted will be staggered:

July 12th – deadline for Monday presentations
July 13th – deadline for Tuesday presentations
July 14th – deadline for Wednesday presentations
July 15th – deadline for Thursday presentations
