These instructions refer to the Office 2007 or PowerPoint 2007 version. If you have a different version of PowerPoint, these instructions may not reflect exactly what you see.

Saving Your Presentation - MAC Users

• Use the “File►Save as…” menu command.
• Choose a location at which to save the file.
• Make sure “Append file extension” is checked.
• Click the “Options” button.
• For “Save PowerPoint files as” choose the option with the word “presentation” rather than the one with the word “movie”
• Click the “OK” button to close the “Options” window and click the “OK” button to save the file.
